What Is My Music

09/11/2022

...I remember how I was asking to my teacher, "is it possible to have an infinite technique, just to play whatever comes into my mind without thinking anything?". And for sure, I was finding myself understanding the basics of the piano with such as Czerny, Bach, Schumann, Paderewski and Hanon... And on bass guitar, the name was obviously Jaco Pastorius...

As you would guess there was no any recording machine before and of course the composers such as Bach, Beethoven or Chopin had to write them to make them stay. At this point we can also call them "improvisers". As the conclusion, what I need to play as "my music", I find the solution of being an improviser like Bach and I get elements from baroque to Rachmaninoff to Schoenberg to some jazz materials -such as John Coltrane or Chick Corea can be an inspiration at this point.- and I imagine a World where the humanity will go in next 100 to 300 hundreds years such as Bach would do as I imagine. So, it has jazz in it (but not all the eras of jazz). And the last step I use the main picture with the minimalistic sides that what I could do for the listener.

And Gould, Richter, Horowitz. Some of the greatest classical piano players that also moved piano from A to B and I also get inspiration from them when it comes to piano technique.

My main goal is to reaching the best music possible.
