1. Data Collection

YouPaint does not collect, store, transmit, process, or share any personal or artistic data on external servers. All paintings entered into the Application remains stored locally on your device.

2. No Account Required

YouPaint does not require account creation and does not request personal identification information.

3. Third Parties

YouPaint does not sell, rent, share, or disclose user data to third parties. If analytics or platform services (such as Apple App Store or Google Play services) are used, those services may collect data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

4. Data Security

Because all data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. YouPaint cannot recover lost data if your device is damaged, reset, or replaced.

5. International Users

By using YouPaint, you acknowledge that you are responsible for compliance with your local laws regarding artistic tools and digital applications.
